Delays & Lost Packages All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or weather.
Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, the package legally belongs to you. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package goes missing, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees to have it sent again.
